A dynamic, ambitious and well-funded Chinese equity brokerage firm based in Hong Kong is seeking an equity research leader. She or he should be a good analyst to begin with. Her or his ratings at external broker polls (II or Asiamoney) are desirable but not essential. By far the most important quality should be her or his leadership and marketing skills.

The team of close to 20 equity analysts at the firm are young, ambitious, and eager to learn, serve and excel. Needlessly to say, the equity research leader will command full support and respect of the team as well as the top management.

A former research analyst, I have the privilege of being an advisor to the company's top management. I am tasked with the responsibility to find this exceptional professional, and assist her or him to succeed.
