A dynamic, ambitious and well-funded Chinese equity brokerage firm based in Hong Kong is seeking an equity research leader. She or he should be a good analyst to begin with. Her or his ratings at external broker polls (II or Asiamoney) are desirable but not essential. By far the most important quality should be her or his leadership and marketing skills. The team of close to 20 equity analysts at the firm are young, ambitious, and eager to learn, serve and excel.
